  Off Season: $59 - $89         

   Pre and Post Season: $109 - $165 

   Peak Season: $134 - $185

A deposit will be required at time of booking your reservation.   Deposit amount is determined by your date of arrival and length of stay.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days before arrival.  If you must cancel after the 14 days there is a future stay credit for the deposit amount, unless we are able to re-rent the room.  If we can re-rent the room then there will only be a $25 cancellation fee.  No refund or credit for late arrival or early departure. 

Pets are welcome:  We have a limited number of PET FRIENDLY rooms so please advise us you are traveling with your furry friend at time of booking.
